PGP Bharat is a 6-month immersion-led programme where
India becomes your classroom—combining travel, business and cultural immersions, In Class
and Out Class experiences, and hands-on learning.
How many cities and immersions does the programme cover?
Students travel across 20+ cities (list of cities can be found
in the brochure and website) and engage in 25+ immersive experiences covering industries,
enterprises and cultural sites.
Is PGP Bharat an MBA equivalent?
PGP Bharat is a Post Graduate Programme (PGP) that emphasizes
experiential learning in business education. While not an MBA, it offers one-of-its-kind
business exposure and practical learning that no other course in the country currently
provides.
Will I get a degree after completing PGP Bharat?
You will receive a Post Graduate Programme (PGP)
certification, similar to the PGP-TBM offered at Masters’ Union.
What will I learn in the programme?
Through industry immersions, CXO interactions, and cultural
experiences, you’ll gain real-world exposure to how business works in India. You’ll shape
your digital identity in the Creator Challenge, build hands-on skills by solving real
business problems in One Day Consultancy Challenges, launch your own venture in the Venture
Initiation Programme and hone your entrepreneurial skills through the Dropshipping
Challenge. Alongside, you’ll master business fundamentals across strategy, finance,
marketing, and technology while developing the perspective and self-awareness to grow as a
future leader.

What is the eligibility criteria?
PGP Bharat is open to all candidates who
have completed their undergraduate degree or are graduating in April 2026 onwards.
Do I need prior work experience?
No prior work experience is required. The
programme is designed for learners at different stages of their journey, but it is
especially recommended for those with a strong interest in business, travel, and
experiential learning.

Is there an age limit to apply for the programme?
No, there is no upper age limit. However,
the programme is most suitable for learners between the ages of 20 and 30 who want to
combine business learning with travel and immersive experiences.

CXOs and mentors from Fortune 500 companies, top unicorns, and emerging startups across
India.
Can I work on my own startup ideas during the programme?
Absolutely. The programme encourages

Will I get cultural exposure while learning business?
Yes, cultural immersions are integrated at

What is a Million Dollar Portfolio?
As you take part in 16+ business immersions with leading companies, you’ll build a
portfolio through hands-on consultancy challenges and real evaluations by CXOs and senior
leaders. This becomes your Million Dollar Portfolio, which is proof of the skills
and experiences you’ve gained.
What is the Dropshipping Challenge?
The Dropshipping Challenge is part of our
Out Class curriculum, where you set up your own online store and sell products without
holding inventory. You’ll learn how to source products, build websites, market them, and
make real sales.
What is the Creator Challenge?
The Creator Challenge is designed to help
you build your personal brand. You’ll document your journey through photos, videos, and
stories while growing your presence on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
How will the learning outcomes be assessed?
Your progress will be evaluated through
hands-on assignments, Out Class Challenges, and active participation throughout the
programme. Assessments are designed in collaboration with industry partners, with feedback
and evaluations coming directly from CXOs and senior leaders.
Will the programme help with placements or internships?
PGP Bharat does not provide placements
or internships. However, students gain access to real opportunities through networking with
CXOs, collaborating with partner companies, and showcasing their Million Dollar Portfolio.
Many participants use the programme to transition into new roles, launch ventures, or gain
visibility in specific industries.
How many students will be in the cohort?
Each cohort will have around 60–80
students, ensuring close interactions with mentors and meaningful peer-to-peer learning.
What kind of peer group can I expect?
Students come from diverse academic and
professional backgrounds—ranging from engineering and business to arts and social
sciences—united by a passion for business, travel, and immersive learning.
Who teaches or mentors in the programme?
The faculty includes CXOs, founders, and
industry leaders across sectors. You’ll also be mentored directly by 40+ executives from
Fortune 500 companies, unicorns, and startups during immersions.
Are classes online or in-person?
The programme follows a blended format.
Immersions and key sessions take place in-person across different cities in India, while
select In Class and Out Class modules (such as workshops, challenges, and mentor sessions)
are conducted in hybrid mode for added flexibility.
How does the programme ensure decorum and discipline?
We maintain a clear code of conduct, provide structured
schedules, and have dedicated male and female programme managers accompanying the cohort.
This ensures a safe, respectful, and professional environment throughout all travel, company
visits, and cultural immersions.
What does the programme fee include?
The fee covers all core programme expenses. This includes
inter-city travel post orientation, local transport, select meals, and shared accommodation
at each location. It also covers access to immersions, workshops, and learning resources
provided during the journey. Personal expenses such as shopping, leisure activities, or
additional purchases are not included.
What kind of accommodation will be provided?
Students stay in safe, secure, shared accommodations—typically
twin-sharing rooms in hotels, hostels, or serviced residences—arranged by Masters’ Union in
each city.
Does the programme include travel insurance and safety measures?
Yes, every student is covered under travel insurance. Safety
is our top priority, and we work with certified professionals dedicated to ensuring the
well-being of all participants throughout the journey.
